Return & Refund Policy

Enem Return Policy (7 Days):

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Products must be returned sealed and in saleable condition. Damages due to neglect or misuse will not be covered. You can choose one of two refund options:

1.Refund (with deductions) : Return the product. After it reaches us, we’ll process your refund after deducting forward & reverse shipping charges.

2. Store Credit (100% amount, no deductions) : Get the full amount as store credit with no deductions. You can use this credit anytime on our website. Example: Return a product worth ₹1,000 → receive ₹1,000 store credit → use it later to buy a ₹3,000 product by paying only ₹2,000.
We are genuine and will share proof of your store credit.

Enem Replacement Process (7 Days):

You can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned sealed and in saleable condition for the replacement to be accepted. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send your replacement at no extra cost. We’re here to make the process smooth and hassle-free for you.

Enem Warranty Process:

After the initial 7-day return/replacement window, products covered under warranty can still be easily serviced by Enem. We’ll arrange a pickup for your convenience. You’ll only need to pay the shipping cost for one side (either sending or return). Our team will handle the repair under warranty and send the product back to you.
