Return & Refund Policy

 

Return Process:

• We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a sealed and saleable condition. We will initiate your refund after deducting the cost of forward and reverse shipping.
• Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be covered under this policy. 

Replacement Process:

• We offer a 7-day replacement policy, meaning you can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your item. 
• Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a sealed and saleable condition
• Once we receive the returned product, we’ll process your replacement at no additional cost.

Warranty Process:

• After the initial 7 days, products under warranty can be easily repaired by enem.
• We'll arrange a pickup for your convenience, however, the customer will need to cover the shipping cost for one side.
