Return & Refund Policy

enem Return Policy (7 Days):

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return.
Products must be returned sealed and in saleable condition. Damages due to neglect or misuse will not be covered.

You can choose one of two refund options:

     Refund (with deductions)

    • Return the product.

    • After it reaches us, we’ll process your refund after deducting forward & reverse shipping charges.

      enem Replacement Process (7 Days):

      You can request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

      • Products must be returned sealed and in saleable condition for the replacement to be accepted.

      • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send your replacement at no extra cost.

      We’re here to make the process smooth and hassle-free for you.

        enem Warranty Process:

        After the initial 7-day return/replacement window, products covered under warranty can still be easily serviced by Enem.

        • We’ll arrange a pickup for your convenience.

        • You’ll only need to pay the shipping cost for one side (either sending or return).

        • Our team will handle the repair under warranty and send the product back to you.
